Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and branded labels remain intact.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred courier method through the portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
